For our client, a financial service provider, we are looking for talented Customer Service Specialists (m/f/d) who display outstanding qualities. You'll provide professional and amazing customer service to their customers on the phone. Our client will give you fantastic training and support so that you can surprise and delight your customers with your incredible skills.

So what will you be doing...?

- Providing service and support to Dutch customers over the phone
- Be a representative of our client.
- Advising their Dutch customers on all types of queries such as: balance enquiries, making payments, internet banking, card management, using their mobile app
- Updating all of their systems, making sure you attend to every detail and record all conversations with 100% accuracy
- Following the correct processes to make sure their Dutch customers are safe


You need to be the kind of person who is:

- Passionate about providing unparalleled levels of customer service and convenience
- Able to work and learn quickly in a fast paced, fun and dynamic environment
- Supportive of your colleagues in the process of developing their skills.
- We are looking for Dutch speaking Customer Service Specialists who want to be part of this project.

Right from the start, our client will provide full training and great support so you don't need previous experience in finance or banking.
