On behalf of our client we are looking for talented personalties (m/f/d) for the customer service in financal services for the UK market.
What will I do:
- First contact for customers on all payment queries
- Processing of incoming payments, installments and other payment arrangements
- Follow-up on outstanding payments
- Master data maintenance
- Cooperation with other departments
- Continious improvement of current processes
- Work in a customer support/customer service environment
What you bring along:
- Hands-on mentality and good with numbers
- Very good MS Office user knowledge
- You act in a structured and solution-oriented manner
- You have good communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English (speak and write)
- Experience in dealing with British customers
