Our client is a service provider for payroll processing. Their services help companies to communicate in a secure and legally compliant way with all parties involved: Employees, employer and tax accountant.
We are looking for talented staff (m/f/d) with a commercial background for the role as a payroll specialist / super user.
Your area of ??responsibility:
• Supporting colleagues in using the payroll program iva telephone or email
• Understand in depth how the program works and which information needs to be entered in which field
• Monitoring and maintaining legislative changes
• Proof read traing material and keep up to date
What you bring:
• A profund commercial education or corresponding professional experience
• Experience in payroll, preparatory payroll accounting
• Advanced PC user knowledge in MS Office
• Basic knowledge of English with very good German
• Excellent communication and team skills
• Structured, independent and conscientious way of working
• Eye for detail
