Our client offers all types of visuals at scale, and at every stage of the real estate cycle, from construction to promotion to property management. The project manager (m/w/d) will be responsible for deadlines set and met, invoices created and paid, customer satisfaction and the perfect product.
What will you be doing:
- Understand customer needs and split down to tasks for your teams
- Control target achievements, highlight critical success factors and find solutions
- Motivate your team and neighboring departments to go the extra mile
- Provide customer feedback to team
- Give constructive feedback to previews
- Surprise customers with results better than expected
- Help co-workers to improve their skills
