Our client is a financial service provider and is looking for talented staff (m/f/d) to assist customers with simple questions in word and writing. You will provide help with general enquiries about services, cost, interests, lost passwords or similar.
This is a temporary job from June to end of July 2025 (roughly, extension possible).
Working hours are Monday - Sunday 7 am - 10 pm - part time possible, however full time preferred
Starting date: June, 10
About you:
- Fluent in German and English (B2+ level for both languages required)
- PC literate
- Quick learner (training (fully paid) upfront)
- Customer mindset
- Respect work ethic
This role is fully office based - NO work from home / homeoffice possible!!!
