We are looking for a Front Desk receptionist for a European travel company that specializes in crafting personalized, tailor-made travel experiences.
The Entry or Lobby area is at the heart of this travel expert, and their front-of-house staff are some of the most important members of the team, because they are the first to meet their guests. They also have the first opportunity to provide their guests with impeccable service, and often to reflect a first glimpse of the brand’s best self. We’re currently searching for a warm, welcoming Front Office Agent/Guide (m/f/d) to come on board, someone who’s great at talking to just about anyone, and who prioritizes, above all, the guests' needs.
Our ideal Candidate:
Passionate about guest service.
PC literate and fluent in English.
Previous customer or guest service experience, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
Starting with a temporary event June, 30 until July, 4 - there might be more in for you
